If you are thinking about re-designing your bedroom, make sure you know exactly what type of atmosphere you want to create in the space. You have many options to choose from when designing your bedroom. If you are looking for a more relaxing atmosphere, you will likely choose a cool color palate. If you would like the romantic feel then you'd add a more bold design, usually reds and burgundies. Don't be scared to take a risk when re-decorating your bedroom. No matter the result it will always be one room for you and your partner to relax and enjoy each others company.

Choosing a color palette is the first step for creating a romantic atmosphere in your bedroom. Red is a popular choice for bedrooms when home owners want to invoke passion. Deep reds can actually act as an aphrodisiac so this could be the perfect color choice for your walls. If the thought of red walls makes you cringe, then perhaps your idea of romance would be better suited to a completely different color choice. Keep in mind that you will be sleeping in the room every night, so the color should be something you can live with for a long time. If you like the idea of red, but don't want to commit to red walls, then bring the color in through your linens or accessories.

No matter the color choice you choose, make sure to paint the walls after you already have the design theme down pat. Look around in many different stores for inspirational pieces and decor for the room. If you have a special piece you want to incorporate into the bedroom which has a romantic flair, and then by all means do so. If you have a few ideas and don't know if you can incorporate them into the room all together, choose the most romantic items at first. Make sure if you have other color choices to pull them so you have those pieces for accents against the hues.

Once you have decided on your basic theme and color scheme, you should choose some extravagant bedding. Romance is closely related with tactile sensations, so choose textures that evoke an emotional response. Silk sheets are a fantastic choice for a romantic bedroom. Avoid antique quilts or other bedding that would remind you of your grandmother. Choose something extravagant or even a bit over the top to really set the tone for a romantic atmosphere.

Make sure to choose a few great art pieces to accent your walls in the bedroom. Pictures are one of those focal points in any room and especially in a bedroom. Try to coordinate the picture with your color scheme and design style. Abstract paintings are a great idea to hang in the bedroom above the bed which will draw the eye immediately. You also have the option to hang a wedding picture from that special day which you love so much.

Remember to add some texture to the floor with a great rug. Especially if you have hardwood on the floor, add a bit of a soft rug that will feel great to walk on. Place several neutral rugs around the room. Don't add a lot of colored rugs it will only pull the attention away from your bedding.

Soft lighting is the final touch to make your bedroom romantic. A few lamps in the bedroom will keep a soft lighting in your romantic atmosphere. Or try some recessed lighting. Also add some candles around the room with some romantic scents. Lavender would be a great accent. Enjoy your romantic bedroom! - 23546

Cheap Kitchens Allow Us All To Have The Home We Want

Everyone at present is feeling the pinch but still when it comes to doing up your home the prices are still soaring high so that businesses can stay afloat. There are ways that you can get around this when you wish to have a new kitchen installed by looking at the cheap kitchens that are available.

It seems that when the word cheap comes into play people thing first that the quality of the product must not be great or that what is being sold may be out of fashion. This is not always the case as there are many good kitchens on sale that may not have the big brand names yet still manage to have the greatest quality. For example if you were to look for a silk shirt there can be two side by side exactly the same, yet most will choose the one with the designer label when that is all that differs.

There are many names that might not be on the tip of your tongue but still use the best quality materials for their production. This means that they do not rely on their name to add hundreds and in some cases even thousands onto the end result allowing you to get the look you want in your home a lot cheaper.

You can still get all the colours and latest designs and unlike clothing and the latest sports car the name of the designer or range is not prominent. No one has to know that you have spent less than they have, unless you want to share your good find and tell others how they too can save money.

People who are looking to sell their homes are now having to have that special edge to attract buyers. The kitchen is just as important a room as the front room or bedrooms and is something people take into consideration when they are buying. Just think of how much a new fitted kitchen could add to the sale price!

People buying homes to rent can make a tidy profit too as the kitchen having a designer look and be easy to work in will attract those who will be willing to pay the price that you are asking. People who travel a lot for their work are always looking for somewhere nice to live until they are uprooted and due to this they are usually well paid too.

Items such as cookers and fridges are also included as part of the bargain and the latest designs too, complimenting any decor whether traditional or modern. No matter what your favourite colour or preference is you will be bound to find items that will suit your tastes and your bank balance.

This will allow you to replace the cupboards and sides that have seen better days and have money left over to do up other rooms, take a holiday or what ever you wish. - 23546
